18-8, also know as 304 and A2 stainless. Square shoulder under a domed head, the shoulder prevents the bolt from turning. #10-24 x 1/2" thru 7/8"-9 x 12".

More corrosion resistant to chemicals and salt water than 18-8, mildly magnetic. Length is measured from under the head.
